We are looking for Advertising Sales Agent (Advertising Sales Representative). Responsible for soliciting new advertisers at local, regional and/or national level for our social commerce platform, the Advertising Sales Agent will sell precision targeted marketing for Advertisers and support successful relationships with existing advertisers. |

General Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Initiate sales and marketing calls to prospective or current clients and documents sales efforts by appropriately using call logging system and/or CRM module;
- Cover geographic region or industry assigned to solicit advertisers and create a long-term partnership;
- Sell/promote advertising space or time on ihiveLIVE, and arrange follow-up appointments with interested prospects;
- Travel to and visiting prospective advertisers and current clients;
- Outbound telephone prospecting and presentations, online product demonstrations;
- Use the internet, company marketing and research materials and other resources to increase effectiveness of sales presentations;
- During sales meetings, discuss the client’s advertising needs and suggest how ihiveLIVE can meet those needs;
- Gather background information and explain how specific types of advertising within ihiveLIVE will help promote the advertiser’s products or services most effectively;
- Prepare advertising proposals (determining the advertising medium to be used, preparing sample advertisements, and providing estimates of the cost of the proposal);
- Serve as the main contact between advertisers and our company;
- Handle communication between the parties and assist advertisers in developing sample artwork;
- Analyze sales statistics, prepare reports, and handle the scheduling of appointments and work hours;
- Develop sales tools, promotional plans, and media kits;
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly quota targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Background in marketing, sales, communication or advertising, and 3 - 5 years of field experience;
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills;
- Pleasant personality, honesty, and a neat professional appearance;
- Self-motivation, organization, persistence, independence, and the ability to multitask;
- Creativity, idea generation, deductive reasoning;
- Expert in forwarding thinking, market research, and should possess problem-solving skills;
- Ability to listen to intended details attentively;
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency;
- Team oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
